Bassist Jeroen Vierdag () studeerde in cum laude af aan het Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Hij speelt zowel basgitaar als contrabas en beweegt zich in vele soorten muziek, zoals pop, jazz, Braziliaans en latin. Vijftien jaar geleden, aan het begin van zijn carrière, maakte hij furore met drummer Lucas van Merwijk en gitarist Leonardo Amuedo, naar aanleiding van de cd Live in Amsterdam. Sindsdien heeft hij op zowel vaste als freelance basis met velen uit de Nederlandse muziekscene gespeeld, zoals Trijntje Oosterhuis, Alain Clark en Ilse de Lange.
Momenteel maakt hij deel uit van The Ploctones (met Anton Goudsmit), speelt hij met Francien van Tuinen, Amina Figarova, Bart Wirtz, Nueva Manteca en Caro Emerald. Daarnaast is hij werkzaam als docent basgitaar op de jazz- en latin-afdeling van het Rotterdams Conservatorium en de jazzafdeling van het Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Zijn veelzijdigheid en flexibiliteit maken hem een veelgevraagd bassist.

Gulian van Maanen () is afgestudeerd als organisatiesocioloog, met een bedrijfskundig accent, aan de Rijksuniversiteit te Groningen. Sinds 25 jaar is hij consultant in diverse sectoren. Hij beschikt over een samenhangende, brede ervaring in het begeleiden van complexe projecten, en programma’s en in de coaching van directieteams.
Zijn advieservaring deed Van Maanen op bij vooraanstaande bureaus als Rijnconsult en Kernkonsult. Als docent was hij jarenlang verbonden aan het SIOO en de KU Leuven.
Na vele omzwervingen in de organisatieontwikkeling komt van Maanen nu weer terug bij de essentie: zorgen dat teams met eindverantwoordelijkheid het samen goed hebben. Een goed draaiend directieteam is cruciaal; voor project- en programmateams is dat niet anders. Dat vraagt van teams lef om in zichzelf en elkaar te investeren. Van Maanen zorgt ervoor dat die investering effectief is.
