Jesko Hentschel, a rejoint le bureau de Rabat le 1er août Il succède à Mme Marie Françoise Marie-Nelly, dont le mandat vient de s’achever. Après cinq années passées en Argentine en tant que directeur des opérations pour l’Argentine, le Paraguay et l’Uruguay, M.
