Tarana Raja is a veteran and popular television and Hindi film actress and also a trained Kathak Dancer and performer, an arts and an avid reader and a traveller. Born in the year to Delhi based educationist and a cultural family to parents Madhu Raja and Rabindranath Raja, she shifted to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India at a very young age and completed her schooling , college and post-graduation from Mumbai University before starting a career as an anchor and an actress. Tarana is a professional Kathak dancer and is also one of the most experienced trainers at the Shamak Davar’s Institue of Performing arts in Mumbai. Acting-wise, though she had appeared in multiple popular and successful Hindi serials and films, Tarana Raja is best remembered by the audiences for her portrayal of Neha in Sony TV’s blockbuster show Bade Acche Lagte Hain along with TV veterans Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar.
